Can Michael comment on the Sh'mitah and Blood Moons?

The “blood moons”, or so they are called, are a set of eclipses during 2014-2015. They are, for certain, a celestial event by which YeHoVaH is trying to get our attention. They are not, however, the "blood moons" spoken of in the book of Joel. As Michael Rood explains on video, the blood moons Joel speaks of are an atmospheric event, not a celestial event. In other words, a true blood moon appears as such because of haze or other obstruction in the atmosphere (like smoke from a war) — NOT a celestial event such as a lunar eclipse.
